2. Service Description

Stylica AI provides AI-powered interior and exterior design visualization. You can upload photos or describe spaces in text, and our AI generates photorealistic redesign options. The service is provided "as is" and generated designs are AI-created visualizations, not professional architectural or engineering plans.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Stylica AI a limited license to process the image through our AI pipeline. Generated designs based on your inputs are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights; attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models; use the service for generating misleading real estate listings; or abuse the API or exceed reasonable usage limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stylica AI is a visualization tool. Generated designs should not be used as construction plans or engineering specifications. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated designs. Always consult qualified professionals for actual renovation or construction work.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
